Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at FrusTech located in Faisalabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. They will also be responsible for providing support and resolving issues related to products and services. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer experience by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications
– Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
– Understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
– Excellent communication and listening skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers or situations
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
– A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
– Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
