Job Description
THIS IS AN ON-SITE JOB. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU APPLY
Mon to Fri 8-hour shift
Shift timings: 9 PM to 5 AM or 12 AM to 8 AM
Salary range between 60k to 90k depending upon experience and evaluations.
Paid Training Period if successfully evaluated within the first 2 weeks.
Office Located in DHA phase 1 Lahore.
Role Description: Full-time on-site role in Lahore District for an Appointment Setter. Responsibilities include setting appointments, lead generation, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in appointment setting and scheduling
- Ability to generate leads and communicate effectively with customers
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Team player with independence
- Experience in BPO or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
