Role Description
Join us as a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative at Get Trip’s Lahore location. As a representative, your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, resolving issues related to our offerings, and handling order processing, forms, and requests. You will also be accountable for maintaining customer accounts, documenting customer interactions, and following up as necessary.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representative, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Effective time management and task prioritization abilities
- Proficiency in computer usage and navigating multiple systems and applications
- Capability to thrive in a team environment and work well under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
