Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Faisalabad location. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
