Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Hawk Revenue Group Pakistan in Lahore. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Your tasks will include resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance and support throughout the billing process.
