Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications:
