Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate.
- Age limit: 18 – 35 years.
- Fluent in English with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies.
- Salary: Rs45,00, including incentives up to Rs15,00; free medical insurance.
- Shifts: Rotational for males; morning shifts for females; work from home option after probation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
