Job Description
Join ZPayso as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern and be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. This paid internship is tailored for recent graduates or individuals without prior experience, with opportunities for a full-time position based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information regarding ZPayso’s services.
- Address basic complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately.
- Engage in training sessions for skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (either completed or in progress).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
Compensation: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
