Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve non-reporting cases within the corporate services department.
- Conduct thorough investigations to address root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of non-reporting cases.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures based on regulatory feedback.
- Utilize internal systems effectively to manage non-reporting cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Prior experience in customer services, corporate services, or regulatory sector preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Collaborative interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
