Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and a customer-oriented approach. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
