Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in New Karachi Town. As a CSR, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include data entry, record maintenance, and collaborating with other teams to enhance customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior customer service experience or similar role preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
