Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English to join our team at Livedin. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
