Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and social media queries professionally.
- Manage social media platform queries on Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
- Listen to customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
- Build relationships by demonstrating product knowledge.
- Identify sales opportunities through effective questioning.
- Accurately update customer information and orders.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as call volume and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
