Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about company services, resolving customer concerns, and building long-term customer relationships. The role also includes processing orders, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in customer support and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience with logistics or supply chain management is a plus
