Role Description
Medfolio Billing Solutions is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Islamabad location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent support to our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. As part of a dynamic team, you will work collaboratively to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related work experience in customer service, healthcare industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail, active listening, and empathy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently, while maintaining high quality standards
- Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.) and billing software
- Flexibility to work in a team environment, with diverse cultures and shift timings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent
