Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining professional communication, documenting service cases, and working closely with internal teams to effectively resolve issues.
Requirements: We are looking for a female candidate with exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp, and prior experience in customer service preferred. Fluency in both English and Urdu is essential. This is a full-time position located in DHA Phase 5, offering a salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00.
