Role Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative based in Karachi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, resolving complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also handle customer inquiries, maintain customer records, and manage order processing.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Office and customer management software
- Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred
