Position: Call Center Representative (CSR) – Day/Night Shift

Location: G-15, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Najoom Corporate Services is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives (CSRs) to contribute to our dynamic team. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with accurate information, maintaining a professional demeanor, documenting interactions, and achieving performance targets.

Requirements: Fluent in English, previous experience preferred but not required, strong problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency.
