Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at NetBoss Telecom Pvt Ltd in Lahore. Responsible for providing customer support, ensuring satisfaction, enhancing service experiences, and maintaining high levels of service on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints
- Experience in a similar customer service role is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent with additional qualifications in customer service as a bonus
- Must have experience in USA-Telecom Services: ATNT, SPECTRUM, XFINITY, VIASAT, OPTIMUM, VERIZON
