We are seeking dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (Matric), proven customer support experience, and familiarity with CRM systems. Timings are from 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM. Pay ranges from Rs20,00 to Rs25,00 per month.
