Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative for ACA Campaign at NEXTEL BPO 3.0 in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing billing, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in a dual language or multilingual environment is a plus
