Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will be responsible for daily interaction with clients, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating positive customer experiences. Primary job duties include addressing inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat applications in a timely and professional manner.
Requirement:
- Must be fluent in both verbal and written English communication.
- Creative thinking mindset.
- Should be a learner, prepared to grow faster, and willing to advance careers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Must be a Graduate, but A level qualification will be a plus.
- Experience in outbound calling will be an added advantage.
- Patience and ability to engage in conversation and good negotiation skills.
- Fixed Salary 40k-50k (depending upon proven ability) Commission Up to 100k.
Shift Hours: 2pm to 11pm
Location: Canal View Society near Thokar, Lahore
Drop available for females in nearby areas.
