The Customer Service Representative role involves managing customer inquiries, providing excellent support, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time position requires multitasking, effective communication, and a professional approach.
Qualifications:
– Experienced in customer support
– Black Car Service experience preferred
– Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and attention to detail
– High school diploma (degree in a relevant field is a plus)
