Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to problem-solve and handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
