Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent at Pixel Units in Karāchi. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Working hours are between 5 AM and 5 PM, with both 6 hours and 12 hours shifts available
Fluency in English is required
