Job Description
PKG International Shipping & Logistics Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include scheduling drivers for freight deliveries, communicating with customers about delivery details, preparing dispatch documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Applicants should have a neutral English accent, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge, including Google Office and Google Maps. This full-time position is open to candidates aged 22 to 35 with at least an Intermediate/A-Level education and preferably less than 15 years of experience.
Working hours are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with a salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
