Job Description
Premier BPO is a leading business process outsourcing provider committed to delivering high-quality customer service. Join our team in Gulberg II, Lahore for a position as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to confirm pricing and equipment availability
- Update supplier accounts and pricing
- Communicate with key suppliers and customers
- Attend training workshops
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Call center experience desired
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
