Location: Multan (On-site)
Job Timing: 9-5
Salary Range: 22-25k
Responsibilities:
- Make order confirmation calls to ensure seamless transactions.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms and respond to their queries promptly.
- Record and maintain orders accurately in Excel sheets.
- Track shipments using courier portals to provide timely updates to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Proficient in Excel for order tracking and maintenance.
- Excellent command of written English.
