Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Bahria Town Lahore. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of CRM systems and help desk software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
