Job Description
Join our team at Real Time as a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our Customer Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone contacts with strong active listening skills
- Utilize CRM systems effectively
- Work night shifts and overtime if required
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs
- Assist with orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Manage account cancellations or upgrades
Experience in call centers is preferred. Excellent communication skills are a must!
