Job Description
Hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)/ Operators for a Taxi Company based in the United Kingdom.
Job responsibilities include:
- Answering Inbound calls.
- Taking airport and local taxi bookings.
- Booking orders via phone, email, or online accurately into the provided software.
- Providing price quotations to customers.
- Responding to emails and live chat inquiries.
- Creating a positive brand image.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and drivers.
- Dispatching jobs on time per company procedure.
Requirements: UK returnees preferred, fluent in English (British English preferred), able to work rotating shifts on a roster.
