Job Description
Join our team at Sastaticket.pk as a dedicated Customer Service Representative! You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing comprehensive information, and actively promoting travel arrangements to enhance client satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and guide them throughout the booking process.
- Process refunds and adjustments while maintaining logs.
- Recommend suitable travel packages by understanding client needs.
- Conduct follow-up calls for additional assistance.
- Address customer complaints and promote services.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; Fresh to 1 year of experience; Must speak English and Urdu. Call center experience is a plus.
