Job Description
Sastaticket.pk is actively seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative who is committed to delivering outstanding service and helping travelers create memorable experiences. In this role, you will assist customers from their initial inquiries through to post-booking support.
Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming customer calls, guiding booking processes, and addressing inquiries or complaints with empathy and professionalism. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have up to 1 year of experience in customer service.
