Job Description
Single Call BPO is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding team for a Motor Vehicle Accident campaign in the United States. This role is vital in maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities: Validate customer information, ensure quality assurance and compliance, and assist customers effectively.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Attention to detail is essential.
Shift Timing: 07:30 PM to 05:30 AM (1-hour break).
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
