Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Islamabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
