Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. They will strive to ensure customer satisfaction, provide excellent customer service, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

– Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills

– Experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback

– Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

– Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

– Experience with CRM software is a plus

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
