Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions. Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a call center or related field is a plus
