Position Overview:
As a Customer Relations Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with customers, addressing feedback, managing complaints, and scheduling appointments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to maintain accurate records using specialized software.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate outbound calls to customers to gather feedback on their experiences.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain an organized schedule and collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless appointment execution.
Data Management:
- Use specialized software to record and maintain customer information and feedback.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer interactions.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
