Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Tecron Pvt. Ltd located in Islamabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, including answering calls and emails, resolving disputes, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be a team player and can work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred (Minimum 6 months)
