Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Karāchi location. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing excellent customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, dealing with influencers and collaborating with the production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience, with a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and experience
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in the apparel or fitness industry is a plus
Location:
Murtaza Chowrangi korangi industrial Area.
Salary:
Range between 40K to 60K …..Depends on Expertise.
