Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up for resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and maintain documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engage customers by going the extra mile.
Skills & Experience:
- Two years of experience with Graduation, A level, and O level (preferred).
- Diploma in customer service.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven Customer Support Experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and adaptability with different clients.
- Prior experience in the Visa Industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook.
- High commitment, responsibility, and passion for work.
