Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, fostering strong customer relationships, and efficiently resolving complaints. You will also maintain accurate customer records in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications for this position include a diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and proven experience in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, and prior experience in the Visa Industry is highly desirable.
This is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, based at our in-person work location.
