Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our office located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves documenting customer interactions and collaborating with other teams to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
