Job Description
Experience: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and technical issues via different communication channels.
- Identify and resolve software-related issues, offering timely solutions or escalating as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to customers, assisting with error troubleshooting and enhancing user experience.
- Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and problem specifics.
- Aid in building a comprehensive knowledge base and support documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and offer input for product enhancement.
- Conduct training sessions to educate customers on software functionalities and best practices.
- Analyze customer feedback to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement.
- Handle and escalate complex customer concerns to senior support personnel.
- Work towards meeting established SLAs and ensuring timely case resolutions.
