Job Description
– Handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner and according to the established guidelines
– Resolving issues/discrepancies/complaints of customers
– Provide new customers lead to sales department receiving via calls or emails
– Proactive follow up of import and export
– Creation of airway bills
– Other ad-hoc duties as per the requirement
