Job Description
-Handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner and according to the established guidelines
-Resolving issues/discrepancies/complaints of customers
-Provide new customers lead to sales department receiving via calls or emails
-Proactive follow-up of import and export
-Creation of airway bills
-Other ad-hoc duties as per the requirement
