Job Description
Vantage Technologies is currently looking for a skilled and professional Customer Support Representative to oversee inbound and outbound communications for a medical project based in the UK. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a clear British accent, and exhibit outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
The primary responsibilities involve managing calls with utmost professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction, and accurately documenting all interactions. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK customer support sector. This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT), with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
