Job Description
WBM PVT LTD, a leading global manufacturing and retail company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. This role is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide information on products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Process orders and follow up on requests.
- Refer unresolved issues as needed.
Requirements: Good English skills, own laptop, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Interns with call center experience welcome.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month (Night shift only).
