Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with maintaining customer satisfaction in an ever-changing environment. They will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, scheduling shipments, and coordinating with dispatch personnel.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in customer support and handling inquiries
- Experience in customer experience and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in both Urdu and English
- Experience in the logistics industry or supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
