Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience. They will professionally manage client accounts and provide accurate information about our services.
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in languages spoken in Pakistan
- Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
