This is a full-time work at home or on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Zane. (www.wearzane.com)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and delightful experience. This position involves a combination of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility for our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Order Confirmation Calls: Contact customers to confirm orders and ensure accuracy in their details.
- Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from customers to enhance our products and services.
- Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier companies to track and manage deliveries, addressing any issues promptly.
- WhatsApp Communication: Engage with customers through WhatsApp to provide updates, address inquiries, and build positive relationships.
- Upselling: Identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences.
- Repeat Order Generation: Proactively encourage and facilitate repeat orders through effective communication and relationship-building.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
